SENBOX WEBSITE
Visitor Privacy & Cookies
Updated 19 October 2026
This notice explains the public schools.senbox.org website. Student records, LMS accounts and app use require separate service-specific privacy information and agreements.
Who to contact
For questions about this website or your personal information, contact SEN PLUS LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States, at office@senbox.org.
Enquiries and demonstration requests
Our forms prepare an email in your own email application. Information is not submitted through the form to a SENBOX website database. You choose whether to send the email. If you send it, SENBOX receives the contact details and message you include, such as your name, email address, organisation, role and enquiry, to respond and discuss the requested services.
Use these forms for business enquiries. Do not include student records, health information or other sensitive learner information.
Website delivery and technical information
Loading a website shares technical information, such as your IP address and browser request, with the infrastructure delivering it. Hosting and network providers may process technical logs for delivery, security and troubleshooting. Contact us for current provider, location and retention information.
Cookies, local storage and tracking
The current SENBOX website code does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or non-essential tracking cookies. Embedded demonstration videos and images are served from this website. Hosting infrastructure may use technical cookies necessary for delivery or security.
If you dismiss the visitor notice, a local-storage preference remembers that choice in your browser. It is not sent to SENBOX by the notice code. You can clear it in your browser’s site-data settings. A Do Not Track signal does not change the current site behaviour because the site code does not perform cross-site tracking.
External services
Translation links open Google Translate. App downloads open Apple’s App Store or Google Play, and the LMS login opens a separate service. Those services have their own privacy notices and may process information when you choose to visit them. Your email provider also handles emails you send.
Privacy requests in Europe and the United States
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, receive portable information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or appeal a decision about a privacy request. European visitors may also complain to their relevant data protection authority.
Email office@senbox.org with your request and enough information to identify the relevant enquiry. Applicable exceptions and identity verification may affect how a request is handled. Please do not email identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate process.
Retention, recipients and international processing
Enquiries may involve SENBOX staff and the email and infrastructure providers needed to deliver and respond to them. Before sharing sensitive information, request confirmation of relevant recipients, storage countries, retention periods and any applicable international-transfer safeguards. This notice does not promise that website or enquiry data remains in your country.
Schools and learner data
For LMS or app use, request the applicable privacy notice, data-processing agreement, hosting and backup locations, access controls and retention terms. Company registration and this visitor notice do not establish GDPR, FERPA or US state-law compliance for a school deployment.
